Sergey Reynov is a registered independent investment advisor by BX Swiss AG operating a Registration Office approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) in accordance with Article 31 of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA) and a Prospectus Review Office approved by FINMA in accordance with Article 52 FinSA. BX Swiss AG is registering and authorizing market participants to perform their professional activities as independent investments advisors. Affiliation to Ombudsman
REYNOV FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS is affiliated with the independent ombudsman office, officially recognized by the Swiss Federal Department of Finance. In the event of potential disputes regarding legal claims between the client and the financial services provider, efforts should first be made to resolve the matter through the ombudsman’s office, ideally via a mediation process. Together we will try to find a solution. If you do not find a solution with us, Financial Services Ombudsman (FINSOM) is at your disposal as a neutral and impartial mediation body:

The Company offers investment advisory services on a transactional basis.

Under a transaction-based investment advisory mandate, the company provides clients with personalized recommendations concerning specific financial instruments. However, the final decision to proceed with any transaction, whether to buy or sell, always rests solely with the client. Our key services include:

Client Segmentation
​
Financial service providers are legally obligated to categorize their clients into specific segments and comply with the corresponding code of conduct. The Financial Services Act distinguishes between three client segments: «retail clients», «professional clients», and «institutional clients». Each client’s classification is determined within the context of their relationship with the financial institution. Under certain conditions, clients may request a change in their classification by opting out.

Risks Pertaining to Services Offered

Investment advisory services involve financial risks. Before entering into a contract, the financial institution is proving all clients with the brochure titled «Risks Associated with Financial Instruments Transactions» by SwissBanking. This brochure is also available online at www.swissbanking.org.

Fees
Our fees are transparent and may include an advisory fee, a percentage of assets under management, performance fee or a flat fee. Details on our fee structure can be found in our fee schedule.

Third Parties Relationships and Conflict of Interest
In relation to the financial services provided by the Company, economic relationships with third parties may exist. The receipt and handling of payments from third parties are thoroughly and explicitly governed by the relevant transaction-related investment advisory agreements.

Information on the market offering considered
​
The Company primarily adopts an «open universe approach», striving to select the most suitable financial instruments for the client. Where appropriate, the financial institution’s own collective investment products may be utilized in asset management mandates or recommended as part of investment advisory services.
Complaint and Dispute Resolution
​
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to this contract, including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof, shall be submitted by way of a written complaint to Sergey Reynov, founder and director of Reynov Financial Solutions, with a view to attempting to reach an amicable settlement within thirty (30) calendar days after submission.

If an amicable solution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days after submission of the complaint, the client can initiate mediation proceedings before the Ombudsman Office to which Reynov Financial Solutions is affiliated.
The mediation procedure shall be governed by the Ombudsman Office’s rules in force at the time the request for mediation is submitted. The mediation can be conducted in English or in other language agreed by the Parties. The contact details of the Ombudsman Office are communicated on the website of the affiliated company or provided on request at any time by Reynov Financial Solutions.
If the client and Reynov Financial Solutions accept the recommendations of the Ombudsman Office or otherwise reach agreement on the resolution of the dispute, such agreement will be recorded in writing. It will be binding on the parties once it is signed by their duly authorized representatives.
If the dispute has not been fully resolved by mediation within 90 days from the date the request for mediation was submitted in accordance with the Ombudsman Office’s rules, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland with right of appeal to the Swiss Federal Court.
